STW is Not a Not-For-Profit, Governmental, Educational, or Other Charitable Organization. Therefore, any donations you make will be a cash gift and considered by the I.R.S. as a personal expense. Additionally, your donation is a gift and is not any kind of purchase of securities. Your donation does not grant you any ownership rights to Striking the Water Productions, LLC, including but not limited to dividends or voting rights, nor does it grant any kind of ownership in the company's offerings. Your donation is not a loan of any kind and STW will not attach any kind of interest payment to it. Lastly, your donation will never be returned to you at the value of the donation or with any adjustments for inflation.
